At Steady Stem Organics, we have a 15-day return policy for eligible items.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged item, please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to contactme@steadystemorganics.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details and the photo of the damaged item so we can review your request.

Refund Review Process

After receiving your request, we will submit it to the manufacturer for review and approval. Refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s approval.

Approved Refunds

If the manufacturer approves the refund, a credit will be issued to your customer account. You will also receive a confirmation email once the credit has been processed.
